This may include: names, grade or team, and roster details provided by a school, league, or organization; contact details such as email and phone; photographs taken at picture day; and order and payment details, which are processed by our secure ordering platform. We use information to plan and run picture day, match photos to the correct subject, deliver galleries and orders, provide customer support, and communicate about your order or event. Photographs may be used by DLS in our own marketing and promotional materials (for example, sample galleries and social media) unless a school, organization, or parent asks us to opt out.
Online ordering and payment are handled through our secure third-party ordering platform. Payment card details are processed by that platform and its payment providers; DLS does not store full payment card numbers.
